I bring structure to requirements, processes and integrations in IT projects.

My name is Przemysław Lisowski. I am a systems analyst, IT consultant and founder of LISNET Consulting. I help companies, IT teams and software houses structure requirements, processes and system integrations so that projects can be planned, documented and implemented effectively.
Alongside my work in larger IT environments, I develop my own consulting practice at LISNET, working with e-commerce businesses, sales system integrations, Apilo, operational processes and automation. I also create my own solutions, such as LISNET Agent, which automates SMS communication in sales processes.

I gained experience in the banking sector, including IT projects delivered in the environments of Alior Bank and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK). My work has included systems analysis, requirements engineering, integrations, API design, communication between business and IT teams, and designing solutions for complex organisational environments.
I hold a PhD in engineering and technology. This background helps me approach systems, data and processes in a structured, analytical and practical way — from understanding the problem and defining requirements to designing a solution that can be implemented by an IT team or technology provider.
